At Jaipur Kurta, we strive to ensure you love your ethnic wear, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free 15-day return and exchange policy. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and retain all original tags to be eligible for a full refund or replacement.

Return Process

  Visit our Returns Portal and enter your Order ID and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Quality Check & Packing

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached; our courier partner will conduct a brief quality inspection during pickup.

• 3.
  Free Doorstep Pickup

  Once your request is approved, we will arrange a complimentary pickup from your delivery address within 24 to 48 hours.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After the product reaches our warehouse and passes final inspection, your refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
